ITC was established in 1990 under the leadership of CEO Mr. David Peng and has had 5 factories (HQ in Hsin-Chu, Taiwan, and 4 in Guan Dong and Shanghai area, China) with 46 SMT Lines and 19 PTH Lines and over 5000 employees in total.

Furthermore, all of ITC's factories have acquired ISO 9001. In particular, our H/Q and China plant I in Dung Guan have been certified by ISO14001 and QS9000.
